Huntsville police responded to a chain-reaction accident just before 5:00 this morning.
An incident that started late Wednesday on Lyrons Road in Owens Crossroads turned into a standoff between Madison County Sheriff's Deputies and an allegedly armed man.
A new debate is taking over the ongoing construction of a new Valley jail. The city of Huntsville is building the jail, but Madison County will operate it.
